For families
You're not handing them over. You're choosing who's alongside them.
Deciding that someone you love needs more care is one of the hardest decisions a family makes. Here's how we try to make it easier to live with.
You stay involved
Moving into a home doesn't mean handing your relative over. We keep families close — welcome at visits, kept informed, and consulted on the decisions that matter.
Someone who knows your relative
Because our homes are kept at a human scale and run by a family business, you speak to people who actually know your mum or dad by name — not a rotating call centre.
Care that keeps pace
Needs change. With residential, nursing, dementia and mental-health care across the group, we can often adjust support without the upheaval of moving someone on.
Honest about funding
We'll talk you through how the care can be paid for and what it costs, in plain terms, so there are no surprises down the line.
From one family
“My Mum has benefited greatly since coming to live here. It is reassuring to know that when I am away, she is safe and receives appropriate care. I enjoy my visits here — seeing my Mum involved in different activities and seeing her laugh.”
Talk it through with us
No pressure and no obligation — just a conversation about what your family needs and which of our homes might be right.
